7-Day Easy Returns. You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition with tags attached. Damaged, faulty, or not-as-described items: contact us at emiraticartofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days — we will replace the item or take it back at our cost. Change-of-mind returns: return postage is paid by the customer. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed by bank transfer; refunds for card/Apple Pay orders go back to the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours. Sale items and opened personal-care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
